What are the shipping & handling fees and how will my package be shipped?
Our very reasonable Shipping & Handling rates are:
$0 - $100.00 = $6.95
$100.01 + = $7.95
FedEx 2-Day Air service is available for an additional $10 (please call for a quote on oversized items).

We currently use the United States Postal Service and FEDEX to ship packages.

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

What if I need to return an item?
Returns are easy with Gatherings. As long as the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging, you may return any item to us within 60 days for a full merchandise refund! We NEVER charge a restocking fee. There are easy to follow return instructions on the reverse side of the invoice that is included with your order. Of course, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives at 1-800-468-2769 if you have any questions.

What is the difference between 18/8 and 18/10 stainless?
The numbers refer to the percentage of chromium (18%) and nickel (8% or 10%) that the stainless metal contains. Chromium is known for its stain resistance, and nickel is known for the high luster and shine that it gives the pieces. These superior blends make Oneida stainless easy to care for, saving you both time and effort. And it's perfectly acceptable for even the most formal occasions.

What are Golden Accents patterns?
This innovative flatware offers a tasteful blend of fine stainless accented with 24K gold electroplate to enhance any table setting

How do I care for my stainless flatware?
Stainless flatware is very easy to maintain and will look great for many years to come. All the stainless Gatherings sells can be safely washed in a dishwasher. We do recommend that you air dry your stainless instead of using the heated drying cycle. If you feel that your stainless needs a new "shine" we recommend Hagerty Stainless Steel Care Products.

What happens if my pattern is discontinued?
Oneida Patterns for a Lifetime guarantees place settings or other replacement pieces will be available even if a pattern is discontinued. So, even though Oneida has discontinued a pattern, rest assured you will be able to replace that lost teaspoon.
